Rotary combined VOC recovery waste gas purification and processing system is superior to the fixed bed system in the treatment of large air-volume VOC-containing exhaust gas, continuous operation, efficiency stability, and exhaust emissions. The rotor also has the advantage of low pressure loss and no adsorption loss. High-temperature volatile organic gases can also be effectively treated.
operation principle
(1) The NMP-containing gas discharged from the production equipment (e.g., lithium battery production and coating process) is filtered to remove dust, and then the gas is sucked by blower by negative pressure and then the gas passes through the pipe into the NMP recovery equipment; and the cooling water and cooling coils are used to condensate the NMP into liquid, and then recycled by recycling devices.
(2) The clean air separated is sent to the heat exchanger by suction blower of system for heat exchange and then sent back to the production equipment, so as to save energy.
(3) The NMP contained in the separated air can be effectively adsorbed by the adsorption concentration rotor to get removed.
(4) The clean gas from the adsorption concentration rotor after VOC is absorbed is discharged into atmosphere. The rotor keeps rotating at a rate of 1-6 revolutions per hour while delivering adsorbed volatile organics to the desorption zone.
(5) In the desorption zone, a small amount of heated high-pressure gas is used to desorb the volatile organics, and the adsorption concentrating rotor after desorption is rotated to the adsorption zone to continuously adsorb the VOC exhaust gas. The VOC after desorption is sent to the condenser through the system fan for condensation and recovery.
recycle
As for treatment on VOC exhaust gas containing NMP at a concentration of less than 5g/m3 and at a temperature below 120°C, cooling water and cooling coils are used to condense NMP in liquid form out of the air and recycle them by the recovery devices.

absorption
The NMP contained in a small portion of the separated air is adsorbed by the adsorption concentration rotor, and the adsorption concentration rotor provides a large gas contact absorption surface area, and the rotor continues at a rate of 1 to 6 rotations per hour, providing VOC removal rate of more than 98%. The content discharged into the atmosphere after treatment is not more than 15ppm/m3.
desorption
The condensed NMP absorbed by absorption condensation rotor is desorbed by the heater providing small heat flow, and after desorption, the NMP is rotated to cooling area for regeneration.
regeneration
The cooling air after treatment by surface air cooler is used to cool the absorption concentration rotor by cooling area, thus recovering the absorption and concentration function of the absorption concentration rotor.
